The "Save/Load" Trick (Crucial)

To reach floor 255 without running out of stamina, you must use the two save slots effectively. The layout of a floor is generated the moment you step onto it.

  1. Save in Slot 1 upon entering a new floor.
  2. Dig randomly to find the stairs down. Memorize its exact location.
  3. Reload Slot 1. Walk directly to that spot and dig it up in one hit.
  4. Go down the stairs, and immediately Save in Slot 2 (in case it's a dead-end floor). Repeat.

Mining Prep Checklist

A short, non-fluff checklist to avoid wasted stamina. Use it with the floor map cards below.

Before you go deep (floors 50+ / 100+ / 200+)

  • Carry stamina food (multiple stacks). Avoid single big heal only—use small heals frequently.
  • Empty bag slots: you’ll pick up ores/gems fast; keep space for valuables.
  • Commit to a goal: (Mythic Ore / Pink Diamond / Cursed Tools). Don’t “wander” or stamina evaporates.

Save discipline (2-slot loop)

  • Slot 1 = entry save. Slot 2 = “safe progress” save after descending.
  • If a floor feels bad (stairs far, dead end), reload without guilt.

Stamina efficiency

  • Dig less, target more: your goal is stairs first, loot second (unless farming an exact floor).
  • When farming an exact floor, reset until the floor layout is favorable, then mine it thoroughly.
Rule of thumb: If your goal is “reach depth”, prioritize stairs. If your goal is “farm exact floors”, prioritize resets.

Spring Mine

Located next to the Goddess Pond. Open year-round. Contains basic ores and the ultimate Mythic Ore.
