Values shown are base prices (Normal quality). Calculator applies Knowledge quality probabilities and processing inheritance.

FAQ

Are prices on this page adjusted for quality?
No. This dataset lists base (Normal-quality) prices. The profit calculator applies Knowledge quality probabilities and multipliers (Wild 0.4x → Best 2.0x) and processing inheritance.
How should I use this page with the calculator?
Filter by season/category to shortlist crops, then use “Open in calculator” to compute profit/day and processing deltas under your Knowledge and window settings.
Why do some crops have a seed cost of 0 and very low sell prices?
These are 'Wild' variants gathered from the map (e.g., Wild Potato). Planting and harvesting them builds your Knowledge. Once you reach Knowledge Level 2 (domestication), you unlock the normal seeds at the shop.
Do crops die when the season changes?
It depends. Check the 'Dies at season end' property. While most crops die, multi-season crops (like Corn or Tomatoes) will survive the transition between their active seasons without needing to be replanted.
Why doesn't this table show exact processing profits?
Because Roots of Pacha uses quality inheritance (e.g., a 'Best' Pumpkin yields 'Best' Pumpkin Juice). A static table using only Normal prices would severely underestimate late-game processing value. Use the calculator to see dynamic processing deltas.
